All meetings begin @ 10:30 am CST.

• We have to hold only Quarterly meeting 4 times a year
• We can also have any called Special meeting when necessary

The nature and purpose of Board meetings is to conduct Board business. Meetings are
open to the public for observation in accordance with the Alabama Open Meetings Act.

The Chair may call special Board meetings as needed or reschedule as needed. Any
change to the above dates will be advertised in advance of the Board meeting on this
web site and on the Secretary of State’s web site located at www.sos.alabama.gov in
accordance with the Alabama Open Meetings Act.
